About us

Great Green Kitchen is a specialist plant-based food company, co-owned by vegan chef and consultant, Helen Wilson and three-times national Sup Surf Champion, Matt-Barker Smith. Helen has spent the last 14 years promoting, teaching and creating vegan food. She has delivered dozens of talks and cookery demonstrations across the UK and her recipes have appeared in many major food magazines, books and websites.

Helen is now the manager of GROUND PLANT BASED COFFEE in Swansea and host and producer of The Viva! Vegan Podcast.

Great Green Kitchen has been rated 5 ‘Very Good’ by the Food Standards Agency.
