Great Green Kitchen is a specialist plant-based food company, co-owned by vegan chef and consultant, Helen Wilson. Helen has spent the last 12 years promoting, teaching and creating vegan food. She has delivered dozens of talks and cookery demonstrations across the UK and her recipes have appeared in many major food magazines, books and websites. Helen was head chef at Swansea’s first vegan cafe, Urban Zen until 2016.
Now as well as working hard to open Ground Coffee Swansea, Helen is a freelance writer for vegan charity Viva! and host and producer of The Viva! Vegan Podcast.
